Bought this and it crashed the laptop. Driver won’t install properly. Can’t contact manufacturer.

I wish Amazon had negative stars
I bought this hoping to upgrade to USB 2.0 and it hasn’t work at all. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot and thier website doesn’t even support this product. It is supposed to come with a 3.5 disk that contains the driver but it wasn’t included. Micro Inovations sucks. Be sure to check for support before you buy any product from them. Better yet don’t buy anything from them and hopefully they will disappear.
