BEST EVER
I have had many straighteners over the years, and this is BY FAR the best. I’m Indian and I have long, thick, wavy hair. It only took 5 minutes to straighten it! I let my hair air dry so it was wavy/frizzy. In only FIVE MINUTES my whole head of hair was straight! I’ve heard that CHI is the best from many people, and now I know firsthand! DEFINITELY worth the money! I can’t believe the results! It’s like magic! It heats up really quickly. It also stays hot for a while afterwards, so you have to take extra precautions and not leave it on or near anything that could melt, burn, or be damaged by heat.

Not Happy
This worked great for the first six months, but then the “ceramic” started peeling off. The plates look like metal underneath. Now it snags on my hair & I need to get a new one. Should have know this price was too good to be true for a Chi!
