Great set of tools

This Crescent 24 bit ratcheting Screwdriver set with Handle storage is well built, plus it has a set of square drive bits that are hard to find in local stores. Only one 6 piece set of bits (shown in red) can fit in the handle at one time. I put the rest of mine in a plastic bag. I was surprised to discover that inside the metal tube (where you put in the bit of your choice) is a thin, telescoping extension shaft with a magnetic tip. When compressed inside the screwdriver tube, the magnetic helps hold the bit in place. The magnet is not overly strong as I have one Phillips bit that falls out occasionally. I suppose you can use the magnetic shaft to pick up something provided the object was light-weight,e.g., a screw for example, but I haven’t tried that.
The one downside of this set is there are very few instructions. I couldn’t find any instructions about the magnet feature or how to make the ratcheting screwdriver reverse direction. By experimenting, I learned that it has a collar at the end of the handle, near the metal tube. Turning the collar gives you 3 choices: clockwise, counter-clockwise, or locked in place.
The ergonomic (comfortable) handle along with the quality level of the tool and bits, and the reasonable price earns this tool 5 stars. Some folks might knock off a star for the lack of complete instructions, but the features are easy to figure out, especially if you have used a ratcheting screwdriver before.
